🏺 Traditional Vedic Method

Our A2 Cow Ghee is made using the ancient Vedic Bilona method, a time-honored, slow, and spiritual process that preserves the ghee's natural purity and nutritional value.

The process begins with 100% A2 milk sourced from desi Indian cows like Gir, Sahiwal, or Red Sindhi. The milk is boiled, then naturally cooled and cultured into curd using a traditional starter.

Once the curd is set, it is hand-churned (bilona) in an earthen or wooden pot using a wooden churner (Mathani) to extract makhan (white butter). This butter is then slowly heated on a low flame in a clay or brass vessel to separate the golden, aromatic ghee.

This slow and sacred process ensures:

  • 🔸 Maximum retention of nutrients

  • 🔸 Authentic aroma and flavor

  • 🔸 No use of machines or chemicals

  • 🔸 Preservation of Ayurvedic qualities

Unlike factory-made ghee, our Bilona ghee is made in small batches, with devotion and care, just like it was prepared in ancient Indian households.
